ShanghaiBio to Offer siRNA Screening Services

Shanghai Biochip Corporation (SBC) will use siRNA libraries sourced from Qiagen NV to establish the first siRNA high-throughput screening center in China. siRNAs (small interfering RNA) interfere with the expression of a specific gene, turning genes “on” and “off,” making them useful for functional gene analysis and drug development.
