Sinovac’s Hepatitis A Vaccine Suspended Following Child's Death

According to a report in Interfax-China, sales of Sinovac Biotech’s  (北京科兴生物制品有限公司) hepatitis A vaccine Healive® have been suspended in Beijing's Fengtai district, following the death of a two-year-old infant. Details remain sketchy. Sinovac has not released its official reaction to the action, which has not received wide coverage in the US, where Sinovac is traded. More details...
