Actavis Opens Beijing Office for Regulatory Affairs and Sales

Actavis, one of the world’s five largest generic pharmaceutical companies, has opened a China regional office in Beijing. The office will be tasked with managing registrations for imported products, other regulatory issues and China sales. Actavis is a privately held company, based in Iceland, with 830 marketed products and an additional 350 in development. To date, its China activities have been centered in Guangzhou, Guangdong province. More details...
