Genzyme and TJAB Form Partnership

Genzyme Corporation has established a strategic partnership with Tianjin International Joint Academy of Biotechnology and Medicine (TJAB), holding a formal signing ceremony earlier this week. The partnership will work toward bringing Genzyme’s products, many of which treat rare diseases, to China. TJAB, which opened in June 2009, received an investment of 1.1 billion RMB ($162 million) from the Tianjin Binhai New Area to install specialized apparatus and devices. More details...
