Shanghai Pharma to IPO in Hong Kong in April

Shanghai Pharmaceutical announced more specific information about its upcoming Hong Kong IPO. The event has been scheduled for April and will raise up to $1.2 billion. The company reportedly plans to issue 667 million H shares, representing 25% of its expanded equity. As underwriters of the offering, Shanghai Pharma has hired Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Golden Sachs and CICC. More details....
